HCLTech London, 2026

In January, we delivered full technical and scenic production for HCLTech at Andaz London, helping transform the venue into a clean, professional event environment that supported both the live experience and the brand presence across the space. Our role was to supply, install and manage the production elements on site, ensuring each part of the event was delivered smoothly, looked cohesive and operated reliably throughout.

A key part of the project was the creation of a series of custom branded demonstration kiosks, fabricated in house by our team. These were designed to integrate screens and live content while maintaining a smart, considered finish that worked naturally within the wider scenic build. Alongside the kiosks, we delivered the core technical infrastructure for the event, including video, audio, lighting and staging, as well as fabricated scenic elements that helped tie the whole space together. The result was a polished and fully supported production that balanced functionality, branding and a high quality guest experience.
